Another Friday night at the gym together for us!

I had my PT session while he was working out. It’s funny how we arrive and leave in separate cars since we come from different directions after work.

But you know what? I’m actually looking forward to tonight’s sleep because I’ve noticed that after hitting the gym, I sleep so much better!

Not only that, but my neck and shoulders feel so much better too.

No more tightness or soreness like a few weeks ago, and I’ve even gained more flexibility in my neck.

I’m starting to feel confident enough to say that if my body gets used to exercising and I see significant improvements in my physical health, I might actually start liking or even enjoying working out in the near future.

Can you believe it took me my whole life to get here?

Well, as they say, it’s better late than never, right?
