I believe in being genuine and transparent, acknowledging my imperfections and learning from my mistakes. Over the years, I’ve undergone significant personal growth, surprising even myself with the changes I’ve undergone and the continuous evolution of the “improved” version of me.
These days, I find myself spending more time at home, engaged in various activities that may seem insignificant to others. Despite my tendencies to fidget, speak rapidly, and struggle with sitting still for long periods, please understand that these behaviors are simply a reflection of my unique way of navigating the world – they’re not in any way about how I’m physically responding to you.
It’s fascinating to observe how people approach relationships, or sometimes, choose not to engage in them at all.
Personally, if I genuinely desire to spend time with someone, I will reach out or even show up at their doorstep. I have no interest in making excuses, as I value straightforwardness (unless it’s an uncomfortable topic 😉), and I appreciate honesty in return.
I’ve learned to let go of guilt, recognizing that we are not children learning how to communicate. When your behaviors indicate that you are attempting to convey a message, it creates distance between us. I hope you can comprehend how your actions affect those who love you the most.
Always remember, you are welcome in my space anytime, without the need for an appointment or invitation. The excuses you make may stem from discomfort, perhaps indicating an awareness that your words, actions, and behaviors make others uneasy. Or maybe you are completely unaware of how your actions impact others due to personal challenges you face.
Life is unpredictable, and some may not be granted a long journey. So why waste time overthinking, carrying anger, or depriving yourself of meaningful moments with your loved ones? No one owes anyone anything. Self-awareness requires self-assessment, which proves both necessary and beneficial.
Letting go of the past is liberating, allowing us to embrace a new version of ourselves. Feeling good can have a transformative effect, enhancing physical, psychological, and spiritual well-being as we shed old habits, mindsets, and behaviors.
Who knows, you might even find yourself eagerly anticipating the future. Our time on this earth is uncertain, as I’ve come to realize through personal experiences and ongoing health challenges. Choosing to live fully, spending time with those I cherish, and embarking on new adventures is the path I’ve chosen – the path I deserve.
You are always welcome to join me, but please leave your grudges, anger, and negativity behind. Approach our time together with an open mind, an open heart, and open arms, ready to embrace the blessings that surround us not only in this space but everywhere we go.
